What to do when we feel upset, discouraged or frustrated


    It is okay to have a bad day, it is okay to be upset with someone or a situation, to feel anger, to feel some frustration perhaps even not wanting to socialize at some point is okay, because we are human beings and it is our nature that things affect us. But we must learn to manage those emotions, to not let them dominate us and to free ourselves from it, we have to live that moment but not stay with that emotion but rather channel it, live it and let it pass; overcome it and put ourselves back to regain well-being and feel good about ourselves and our environment again; look for the tools in ourselves to overcome what we experienced or what happened to us and move forward. Maybe it's not that you have to look for complete and absolute happiness, but rather look for a balance and well-being that allows you to feel good.

 To do this you must explore within yourself, know and know what really makes you feel comfortable, at peace, relaxed, solve what makes you uncomfortable or prevents you from achieving it.

 Remember that we are the ones who decide how we are going to feel and we are the ones who decide how much what happens around us will affect us.
