  Stress is a defense mechanism that is activated in our body when faced with alarming situations, so we must learn to train our minds so that they are not constantly on the defensive or in emergency mode in our daily lives. Too many people currently suffer from stress or anxiety, and the first solution they turn to is alcoholic beverages, excessive coffee, smoking, and other addictive substances, unaware that all of this further increases stress in the body. So what should you do? First, take a moment to breathe. Pause, inhale, exhale, and calm your body, even if it's just for a minute when you think you need it most, wherever you are. Feel your breathing and feel how you are filling your body with tranquility. It's important to analyze what is causing your stress so you can find a solution. Como reducir el estrés   El estrés es un mecanismo de defensa que se activa en nuestro cuerpo ante situaciones de alerta por eso debemos aprender a entrenar  la mente para que no este todo el tiempo a la defensiva o en modo de urgencia en nuestro día a día.    Actualmente hay demasiadas personas padeciendo de estrés o ansiedad y la primera solución que buscan son las bebidas alcohólicas, el cafe en exceso, fumar entre otras sustancias que causan adicción, sin saber que todo esto aumenta aun mas el estrés en el organismo.    Entonces que debes hacer.     It is okay to have a bad day, it is okay to be upset with someone or a situation, to feel anger, to feel some frustration perhaps even not wanting to socialize at some point is okay, because we are human beings and it is our nature that things affect us. But we must learn to manage those emotions, to not let them dominate us and to free ourselves from it, we have to live that moment but not stay with that emotion but rather channel it, live it and let it pass; overcome it and put ourselves back to regain well-being and feel good about ourselves and our environment again; look for the tools in ourselves to overcome what we experienced or what happened to us and move forward.    E s valido tener una mal día, es valido estar molesto con alguien o por alguna situación,  sentir rabia, sentir alguna frustración quizás hasta no querer en algún momento socializar es valido, pues  somos seres humanos y es nuestra naturaleza que las cosas nos afecten. P ero debemos aprender a manejar esas emociones a no dejar que eso nos domine y a liberarnos de ello,  tenemos que vivir ese momento pero  no quedarnos con esa emoción si no mas bien canalizarla, vivirla y dejarla pasar; superarla  y volver a poner de nosotros para retomar el bienestar volver a sentirnos bien con nosotros mismos y nuestro ambiente;  buscar las herramientas en nosotros mismos para superar eso que vivimos o que nos paso y seguir adelante.       Have you noticed that when you wake up angry you spend the day angry or in a bad mood, if you remember something sad you spend the day nostalgic, but when you wake up in a happy mood you automatically have a better day.    The first few minutes we have when we wake up are the most important of our day because they usually define how we are going to spend the rest of the day or a large part of it, that is why it is important that you take the best attitude when you wake up. So, what can we do to start our days with a good attitude: Try to make your first thoughts positive, you can tell yourself phrases like, today I am going to do very well, today I am going to achieve it, today everything is going to be fine.       Te haz dado cuenta de que cuando despiertas si lo haces enojado pasas el día enojado o de mal humor, si recuerdas algo triste pasas el día nostálgico, pero cuando despiertas con animo con alegría pues automáticamente tienes un mejor día.       Los primeros minutos que tenemos al despertar son los mas importantes de nuestro día porque por lo general definen como vamos a pasar el resto del día o gran parte de el, por eso es importante que tomes la mejor actitud al despertar.     Entonces, que podemos hacer para iniciar nuestros días con buena actitud: Intenta que tus primeros pensamientos sean positivos, puedes decirte a ti mismo frases como, hoy me va a ir muy bien, hoy lo voy a lograr, hoy todo va a salir bien. I recently read a quote that said “when the world doesn’t do what we want,” but we really shouldn’t expect the world or people to do everything we want or accept us and take us into account just as we want. One time I was walking down the street with someone and the streets were really crowded with people, there was a lady talking to someone and the lady was behind us but really the lady was blocking the way, then the person who was walking with me stood behind the woman and said “could you give me permission, there are really unconscious people who only think about themselves.” I felt very embarrassed, I just walked around the woman, walked past her, and continued on my way. But if you think about the situation, she's just going about her business talking to someone, she's not paying attention to those around her, she's just doing what she needs to do, and that's really how things are, we can't expect everyone to...
