How to reduce Stress

Stress is a defense mechanism that is activated in our body when faced with alarming situations, so we must learn to train our minds so that they are not constantly on the defensive or in emergency mode in our daily lives. Too many people currently suffer from stress or anxiety, and the first solution they turn to is alcoholic beverages, excessive coffee, smoking, and other addictive substances, unaware that all of this further increases stress in the body. So what should you do? First, take a moment to breathe. Pause, inhale, exhale, and calm your body, even if it's just for a minute when you think you need it most, wherever you are. Feel your breathing and feel how you are filling your body with tranquility. It's important to analyze what is causing your stress so you can find a solution.
